The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity & Inclusion (EEODI) provides leadership, direction and guidance in carrying out the Army and Air Force Exchange Service's equal opportunity responsibilities. It administers the AAFES-wide EEODI program, by providing policy, oversight and technical guidance to all organizational elements.

EEODI also manages the AAFES EEODI complaint system, providing for the consideration and disposition of complaints from AAFES employees and applicants for employment involving issues of discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, status as a parent, national origin, age, disability, genetic information and retaliation.
