EXCHANGE WORKFORCE DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

Special Emphasis Programs (SEPs) serve as corporate resources. They foster an inclusive environment and offer the opportunity for growth and development for all associates.

The three programs required by the EEOC are:

  • Federal Women’s Program (POWER)
  • Hispanic Employment Program (iHOLA!)
  • Disabilities Employment Program (ABLE)

While the EEOC does not require other SEPs, the Exchange chose to have the following ARGs:

  • African American/Black Employment Program (BRIDGE)
  • Asian American/Pacific Islander Employment Program (AAPEX)
  • American Indian/Alaskan Native Employment Program (Nation’s Network)
  • Veteran’s Appreciation Program (HEREOS)
  • People Respecting Individuality, Diversity & Equality (Exchange Pride)
