Public Affairs Mission
The Public Affairs Office is responsible for informing and educating the public about the mission, policies and activities of the Army & Air Force Exchange Service. The office communicates to the public and Exchange stakeholders through internal and external military, civilian and Department of Defense news outlets.
The office responds to media queries, publishes news releases, issues public statements, arranges interviews and advises the Exchange senior leadership and staff on all aspects of media relations and external communication.
The Public Affairs Office ensures accurate information is provided to the public and release of information complies with applicable laws, regulations and policies.
Exchange news releases are archived and available to the public in the Exchange Newsroom.
