eBenefits Information for Retirees Maybe you’ve heard about our new state-of-the-art website called eBenefits. Did you know you could use any computer with Internet access to:
Now you can get answers to most of your benefit questions yourself WHEN you need them (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). If you are interested in easing your benefit administration via the new eBenefits website, email us at benefits@aafes.com to obtain your User ID and Password. Then simply log onto www.aafesbenefits.com. Once you’re there, check on all your benefits information. Be sure to update your current beneficiary information too. DO NOT be alarmed once into the beneficiary section when you see, “You have no beneficiaries on file”. This only refers to the eBenefits system has no beneficiaries on file. However, we still have a paper record of your beneficiaries. It is highly recommended that you update your beneficiaries periodically. By doing so through eBenefits, you will be able to review your beneficiaries online and update them as you see fit over the years. Upon your death, the most recent beneficiary paper form or eBenefit election online would be recognized. For security purposes, when requesting your USER ID and Password, please submit your name, social security number, date of birth and retirement date. If you don’t have a computer, don’t worry, things will remain the same. You can continue to make your beneficiary designation in paper form. |
