Volunteering
If you're interested in a new
challenge by volunteering, the June 25, 2000 issue of Parade
Magazine had an interesting article on a new way to sign up. Just
click on the link below.
You'll then be asked to type in your
ZIP code, how far you're willing to travel, when you're available
and your interests. You'll be matched with one of the 10,000 groups
nationwide that use this free service to find volunteers. Each day,
up to 5,000 helpers are recruited this way. There's something out
there for everyone. Put your talents to work for someone else.
