1. How often will I receive water deliveries?
We will make a delivery every two weeks. The only exceptions will be on selected holidays. In these instances, you will receive a double quantity of water delivered prior to the holiday to ensure you have enough water to last until you next scheduled delivery date.
2. Can I increase the number of bottles I receive per delivery?
Absolutely! You can contact Culligan Customer Service prior to your delivery date or ask your driver when he makes the delivery.
3. What do I do when it’s time to PCS?
Contact Culligan Customer Service at least 30 days prior to your PCS. We will arrange for pick up of the water cooler and provide you with your final billing.
4. Can I get home delivery without renting a cooler?
Absolutely!
5. I live at a location where you do not deliver. Is it possible to rent a cooler and purchase my Culligan bottles from an AAFES Shoppette or Gas Station?

6. How can I pay?
We accept Military Star Card or Major Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), no check payments. You will receive your monthly statement before it is charged to your Military Star Card or credit card.
7. How do I contact you if I have questions?
Phone: 00-800-CULLIGAN (28554426). Our normal office hours are 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday – Friday. After office hours, please leave a message on our answering machine with your name and phone number and we will reply within 2 business days.

8. Do I have to be home to accept water deliveries?
No. As long as we have access to the stairwell of your building in order to deliver to your door step.
9. Are there a minimum number of bottles I have to purchase per delivery?
No.
10. Is there a deposit on the bottle?
Yes, there is a $5 deposit on each bottle, which is credited to your account upon return of the empty bottle.
