Welcome to the Federal Women’s Program web site. Women make up roughly 67% of the AAFES family and have been a leading force in past and present leadership roles. The goal of our Federal Women’s Program is to eliminate any potential discriminatory practices and assure women are appropriately represented at every level throughout the organization.

In 2007 we introduced the first AAFES Women’s Leadership Conference, which included a variety of skill building workshops, all designed to enhance leadership and supercharge your career.

We invite your suggestions on ways to improve employment and advancement opportunities for women, along with any suggestions to improve service to our female customers worldwide.
