Jerome Knight

The AAFES Worldwide Outstanding Associate with a
Disability Award
winner for 2006 is Jerome Knight, a laborer from
Ft Eustis Main Exchange,
Eastern Region. Jerome is an exceptional associate who
performs his duties thoroughly with dedication and
enthusiasm. Jerome’s positive attitude, willingness to
help others, and loyalty to AAFES is an inspiration to
everyone around him. His disability is mental
retardation, which typically results in a chronic and
lifelong condition that limits a person’s ability to
learn. Jerome, however, learns very quickly, is always
eager for more responsibility, and is a valuable asset
to the Fort Eustis Main Exchange. His disability has not
stopped him from becoming an integral member of the
team. Jerome is proud to represent AAFES. The award was
presented by Julie Zills, SVP, Eastern Region.
AAFES congratulates all 2006 outstanding associates
with disabilities
who were recognized.
