When there is a requirement for the items or services you have offered to provide, AAFES will consult the source list application data base and may be in contact with you by e-mail, phone or fax with appropriate details. Please note, per regulations AR 60-20/AFR 147-14, AAFES cannot negotiate, purchase or otherwise conduct any procurement business (including accepting in-store or other contract service) with active duty military personnel, U.S. Government employees (including NAF employees), or immediate family members of the above who reside in the same household.

When a diverse supplier has resale items that have appeal but are not appropriate for addition to the stock assortment there may be opportunities to sell directly to AAFES customers under the concession program. Please contact the local Exchange General Manager or Services Business Manager for additional information.

If you already do business with AAFES you do not need to fill out the Online Source List Application.
