Operation: Be Fit would like to recognize those who have accomplished a personal goal or challenge that changed their quality of life: mind, body and soul. If you or you know someone that is a CHAMPION complete the questionnaire and send it operationbefit@aafes.com.

• All authorized exchange customers are eligible to participate:
  1. DoD Employees, (including AAFES associates)
  2. DoD Retiree,
  3. Active Military, Reserve and Guard
  4. Retired Military, or
  5. Immediate Family (spouse or child) of Active Military, Retired Military, DoD Employee or DoD Retiree
• Military affiliation may be validated.
• Before and after photograph may be required.
• Candidates are chosen monthly and recognized on the Operation: Be Fit website.
• All information will be used for Operation: Be Fit CHAMPION purposes only.
• No purchase required to enter.
