| DISTRIBUTION: CONUS Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire, LLC(BFNT), is voluntarily recalling one production week of Firestone Destination OWL A/T tires in size P265/75R16 produced at the Wilson, NC tire plant. BFNT has determined that only 10 of these tires may be defective due to damage to a small area of the inner-liner which could result in tire’s inability to continuously hold air pressure. The affected tires may experience air permeation in to the body of the tire, which over time may result in premature deterioration of the tire carcass, resulting in vibration, air loss, and possible tread separation. Continued operation of the subject tire can lead to a vehicle crash. Description: Firestone Destination A/T OWL Tire Size: P265/75R16 DOT Serial Number: W273DA20506. The serial number can be located on the sidewall of the tires. INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS: Bridgestone Firestone will issue a letter advising the customers who have been identified as potential purchasers of the affected tires. Bridgestone Firestone Retail & Commercial Operations, LLC (BFRC) service centers will assist the customers in identifying or replacing the affected tires.
