Scope: Worldwide Adams Respiratory Therapeutics is voluntarily recalling a limited number of production lots of Children's Mucinex Cough Liquid due to possibility of dosage error. Nothing is wrong with the product itself. NON-HAZARD: The supplier was made of aware that the tablespoon markings on the dosing cup which accompanied the affected lots have in rare instances been confused with the teaspoon markings on the cup resulting in the possibility of a dosing error. The dosage instructions provided on the product labeling are correct and in full compliance. All other aspects of the product including the bottle and liquid remain safe and effective.
