DISTRIBUTION: Worldwide Car Care Centers In co-operation with the National Highway Traffic Safety Agency (NHTSA) Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire, LLC is recalling following Tires because they were produced with insufficient tread base gauge. TIRE BRAND NAME / TIRE LINE / TIRE SIZE PRODUCTION DATES FIRESTONE / FR380 / P235/75R15 JUN 04, 2006 - SEP 08, 2007 LEMANS / CHAMPION SE / P235/75R15 JUN 04, 2006 - SEP 02, 2006 HAZARD: Tires were produced with insufficient tread base gauge. Continued use of these tires may lead to vibration and groove cracking. Extended use could lead to tread distortion or tread separation and loss of vehicle control. Units Affected: 162251 Instructions for Consumers: Bridgestone will notify owners and replace any defective tires free of charge.
