AAFES Courting Junior Market with ‘Daddy’s Girls’ Footwear LaunchDALLAS - The Army & Air Force Exchange Service and Vida Footwear have partnered to launch a new brand of Junior Footwear. Pastry Footwear, created by Vanessa and Angela Simmons of the MTV series “Daddy’s Girls,” is coming to 40 BXs and PXs this fall.
“We feel the Junior Footwear market represents a tremendous opportunity for growth,” said AAFES’ Senior Vice President of Sales Maggie Burgess. “This launch demonstrates AAFES’ commitment to building lifelong connections with military shoppers of all ages through the addition of new and exciting brands.”
As part of the Pastry Footwear launch, the Simmons sisters are scheduled to appear at the Ft. Hood PX from 3:30-5:00 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 21 to meet fans, sign autographs and pose for pictures.
