In an effort to assure the security of our merchandise and products being shipped on the rail or over-ocean, AAFES is requiring that all containers be sealed with cable or rod lock type seals. The Department of Homeland security is supporting this security measure as part of the Customs Trade-Partnership Against Terrorism (CT-PAT) program set forth in April 2002.
