All offers must be submitted in writing per the solicitation. You must print the solicitation out and send in a written offer. No electronic offers can be accepted at this time. Copies of the Plans, Drawings and Amendments will be available on this Web Site.
The documents provided on this site will require software to be installed on your computer. Following are links to the software and must be downloaded and installed before you can view the documents. Adobe Acrobat Reader enables bidders to view and utilize all text-based documents. Autodesk Express Viewer is used for graphic documents (drawings).

To obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation documents click the REQUEST Link for a Project after viewing the Plans/Drawings (Exhibit B) and Specifications (Exhibit C). Follow the instructions.
