This project will construct as 2500 sf. addition to the existing food court of the main exchange store, Building #4110 and will provide an additional 166 seats indoor with a large patio with 48 seats located outdoors. The service drive to the loading dock will be revised and the existing bus stop shelter will be relocated. Charley's Steakery shall receive an image upgrade, with new back of house shelving system. Mall shall receive lighting upgrade and electrical floor outlets.

PN 0785-09-000003, BX Image Upgrade, Dobbins AFB, GA
This project updates 28,581 SF of Shopping Center (Bldg 530). Several walls are being removed to open up more sales area. This project relocates the MCSS located in a different building to 4,067 SF of renovated space in the existing main store. Renovations include new carpet, new ceiling, and replacement of floors with polished concrete.

This project renovates 216 SF of the Food Court in the Main Store Mall, Bldg 1981, by activating a Church's Chicken in the existing Baskin Robbins.  The work includes removal of the Baskin Robbins service counter and existing equipment and be replaced with a modular Church's Chicken unit that is provided by others with the hook up of the utilities by the contractor.  An HVAC unit and a cooler will be added.  There may be miscellaneous plumbing and electrical changes.

Projects relocates the existing PX to the Commissary Warehouse. The work includes cutting/demolition of existing concrete tilt-up panels, unfinished concrete floors, and few ceilings, and addition of new drywall, new finishes on floors, walls, and ceilings, along with supporting mechanical and electrical work in Building 4240.

PN 4732-09-000001, Shopping Center Image Upgrade - Update existing mall, retail sales, administrative and tenant units with wall, floor (VCT, Carpet & Polished dyed concrete) and ceiling finishes.  Update Electrical, Mechanical & Fire Supression systems.  Update doors & hardware.  Modify entries of male & female restrooms.  Remove existing wall for expansion in retail.  40,529 Total Sq Ft.

This project will renovate 2,350 SF Care Care Center facility image upgrade, adding a new storage room at the back of the facility, adding a canopy over the existing outdoor lift, replacing the existing gasoline island canopy, providing a new handicap toilet, relocating administrative areas to provide a large sales area, and replacing all finishes.

Activate a Popeye's Chicken in a previously vacant space in the Car Care Center. The work includes minor demolition and construction of a new Popeye's Chicken. Minor exterior work will be needed. There will be miscellaneous interior finish, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.
