Project consists of installing a 25,000 gallon two compartment underground storage tank and AAFES furnished 500 sf pre-manufactured Shoppette bldg and canopy. To include paving, area lights, detention pond and dumpster enclosure. 

Renovation to a existing Baskin Robins and Blimpies Tenant Food Concept to a 657s.f. Manchu WOK Express.  The work to be performed in connection with this project includes, but is not limited to the following:  Demolition of existing portion of the roof to accommodate new rooftop equipment, removal of plumbing fixtures, wall mounted accessories, suspended acoustical ceiling systems, wall finishes, mechanical ductwork, diffusers, signage and acoustical lighting

This project is the Building No. 52048, 5,963 sq. ft. with three exterior walls to create an interior retail sales/mpa and renovates/upgrades 6,040 sq. ft. of existing retail store.  The scope of work includes demolition of the existing exterior load bearing wall to open the existing store into the new enclosed retail sales floor, new interior walls, ceilings, new floor finishes, new service counters, new lighting, new HVAC for the expansion, and install AAFES provided sales fixtures, equipment and utility support as scheduled.  Provide mechanical and electrical equipment as required.  Install concept signage as specified.   

T his project upgrades the existing Food Court in Building 52030 (aprox. 2,040 SF).  Activate a Starbucks and Manchu Wok and relocate and update the Anthony's Pizza and Robin Hood.  Add new dining expansion of 1,460 sq. ft. to the existing dining.  Replace ceiling and light fixtures.  Upgrade mechanical and plumbing systems.  Install kitchen equipment and fixtures.  Add new HVAC for dining addition.  Provide new interior finishes and signage.

This project will replace the existing Taco John with a Taco Bell. 

EPDM roof repairs and related wall repairs. 

This project will include  the construction of a New Shoppette with Class Six, Gas, Name Brand Fast Food, (3) Three Bay Car Care Center and (1) One Bay Carwash. The Shoppette/Burger King/Car Care is Approximately 19,000 sf with (8) MPD's and the (1) One Bay Carwash in approximately 1000 sf.
