First you must become a club member. Please refer to House Rules for eligibility requirements. Once you are a club member we will accept your tentative arrangements for a private party or organizational function by phone or in person. The individual booking the party must be a club member.

P lease make preliminary arrangements for date, time, and location as early as possible. Final menu arrangements should be made in person and the contract signed within ten (10) days of the scheduled date or at the time the special function is booked. The club staff will follow up with you to ensure all arrangements have been finalized. Our goal is to do this within 10 days of your party.

• Host/sponsor's Name
• Address
• Home and Office Telephone Numbers
• Club Card Number and expiration date
• Name of Group/Organization hosting party
• Approximate Number of Attendees
• Serving Time for Cocktails and Dinner
