Ft. Eustis, Virginia- Burger King Image Update Project Number: 0310-22-000005

This project will renovate the interior of an existing Burger King and add a double drive-thru. Mechanical and electrical systems will be modified to meet Burger King’s equipment requirements. Finish will be replaced to meet Burger King’s trade dress/branding standards.

This project will consist of removal of existing floor tiles and replace with polished concrete; replace existing ceiling tiles and light fixtures; Shift rear freezer wall to align with rear cooler wall: Install quick serve restaurant and new Snack Ave counters; exterior repainting; install new secondary overflow drains/scupper; install new receiving double doors.

This project will consist of removal of existing tiles, replace with polished concrete, replace existing ceiling tiles and light fixtures. Shift wall going towards food court to extend space. Install new Snack Ave counters, cooler/freezer fronts and doors, quick serve restaurant, check-out stations and painting exterior and extend outside freezer/enclosure.

This project will update Building #0694 approx. 162,268 SF of floor area to include: LED lighting, 86,000 Retail, 30,000 SF Stockroom, 9,020 SF Admin, 11,835 SF Mall, renovation of tenants, 6,354 SF Food Court, Charley’s IU, Burger King Image Update, Boston Market Image Update, Optical Image Update, Optometry Image Update, and Beauty Image Update. Exterior work to include signage.

Ft. Hood, Texas- Warrior Way Express- 10 Year Image Update  PN: 3740-22-000013

This project will renovate (repair) 8,378 SF of interior space of the Warrior Way Express (Bldg. #85001). The interior of the existing retail area will be reconfigured to keep Chopz Spoke and accommodate two additional food concepts (Hunt Brothers Pizza and Eddie Peppers To Go). The project includes all interior modifications, finishes, and required equipment to meet current marketing standards. If acceptable bids are received, the adjacent mall scope will include polished concrete flooring, paint, ceiling acoustical panels and LED fixtures.

Tyndall AFB, Florida- 10 Year Image Update  PN: 0941-22-000001

This project will provide an image update of the existing Class 6 Express store of 7,263 SF. The Tyndall Express Store will get a full 2.0 image upgrade. Remove ceramic tile and polished existing concrete slab, add Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR), upgrade Snack Ave counters and equipment, new checkout counters with queue-line impulse racks, new LED lighting, and remote walk-in to support Snack Ave and QSR. Lightning protection and electrical surge protection system will be added to the existing facility. This work includes the addition of a Eddie Peppers, Hunt Brothers Pizza, and Chopz. Special Conditions: Phasing Construction.
