• PIM (Product Information Management) is the item induction tool utilized by the Exchange.
• PIM is a workflow tool that tracks items from creation to final completion.
• PIM uses the Global Product Catalog (from GS1) for category management within the tool.

1. Who approves access to PIM?
Existing suppliers must request approval from their buyer to get access to PIM.

2. How do I get access to PIM user guides?
Approved suppliers will receive login information and a PIM new user package via email.

3. How do I request new user PIM training?
Survey links to request training are provided to new users in the PIM new user package.
