- The home page includes an overview of most recent news related to the health plan.
- The retiree page provides a wealth of information for pre-65 retirees and those over 65. It includes premiums, newsletters and information about the Medicare Advantage Plan.
- The Wellness page provides several options for retirees not eligible for Medicare to improve their health. The options include the free Healthy Lifestyle Coaching Program, Health Incentive Program and more.

Use "Web Passport" for online access and to make changes to pension information: www.northerntrust.com/bppweb. Once you receive your first pension payment you will be able to register on the website. The following changes can be made online as an immediate update:
- Changing tax withholding on pension checks
- Direct Deposit changes or enrollment
- Address Change

For Exchange Privilege Card (DD2574)/ Retiree Common Access Card (CAC)
- Dallas Area: Email HQHRO@aafes.com or call the HQ HR Office at 214-312-2612 to make an appointment for an Exchange Privilege Card/Retiree CAC
- Non-Foreign Areas: Visit the local Exchange HR office for the Exchange Privilege card and the local post/base pass & ID office (or equivalent) for a Retiree CAC
Please ensure to bring your CAC/ privilege ID card as well as a valid Federal or State ID to renew your CAC and/or privilege ID card. If your CAC is expired, you will need to bring in two valid forms of Federal and/or State ID’s (such as a driver’s license, US passport, birth certificate, or original social security card).
