  • The retiree page provides a wealth of information for pre-65 retirees and those over 65. It includes premiums, newsletters and information about the Medicare Advantage Plan.
  • The Wellness page provides several options for retirees not eligible for Medicare to improve their health. The options include the free Healthy Lifestyle Coaching Program, Health Incentive Program and more.

Use "MyPenPay" for online access and changes to pension information: State Street mails retirees a temporary password soon after retirement. Call them at one of the numbers above if you need help with Username or resetting Password.

For overnight changes to your record, at any time, use MyPenPay website as described above. If you can’t use the website, HQ can assist with a manual method, but – be advised – with this method it will take several weeks to get changes posted to your record. Please plan ahead. For Exchange Privilege Card (DD2574)/ Retiree Common Access Card (CAC)

  • Dallas Area: Email or call the HQ HR Office at 214-312-2612 to make an appointment for an Exchange Privilege Card/Retiree CAC
  • Non-Foreign Areas: Visit the local Exchange HR office for the Exchange Privilege card and the local post/base pass & ID office (or equivalent) for a Retiree CAC

Please ensure to bring your CAC/ privilege ID card as well as a valid Federal or State ID to renew your CAC and/or privilege ID card. If your CAC is expired, you will need to bring in two valid forms of Federal and/or State ID’s (such as a driver’s license, US passport, birth certificate, or original social security card).
