Anywhere the Army and Air Force has an installation, the Exchange is there. We operate more than 3,100 facilities worldwide, in more than 30 countries, five U.S. territories and 50 states. That includes 181 main stores and more than 1,300 fast-food restaurants. We also have over 2,500 associates in our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Auto Worker: Performs general automotive services and repairs; such as lubrication services, tires and tube services, cleaning, installing or repairing defective automotive accessories.

Customer Service – Teller: Provides a variety of services, such as cashing checks, issuing change funds, preparing bank deposits, receiving / verifying cash receipts, processing layaways, special orders and refunds / adjustments.

Exchange Safety & Security Assistant: Conducts surveillance in food, retail and services facilities to detect acts of shoplifting, pilferage or other acts or other illegal or dishonest acts.

Facilities Management Assistant: Performs administrative / clerical functions related to utilities consumption and costs, capital program, exchange facility master plan and other files, documents and reports.

Food Service Worker: Under designated supervision, prepares and serves simple foods and beverages. May operate an oven, deep-fat fryer or other kitchen equipment where set procedures are followed and where cooking skills are not involved.

Human Resources Assistant: Prepares and processes employment and insurance / benefit documents, worksheets, letters, forms and correspondence related to the overall human resources function.

Inventory Control Associate: Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise within sales areas. Keep assigned sales areas fully stocked. Minimize outages of merchandise and identify excess merchandise. Understand centralized replenishment.

Stocker: Unload merchandise delivery vehicles. Segregate, stage, transport merchandise to appropriate department / sales center. Display and replenish merchandise in a neat and presentable fashion in accordance with instructions.

Store Associate: Provides a full range of customer service functions. May operate a cash register or other sales related equipment and balance daily financial transactions. May be assigned to more than one selling center / counter.

Visual Merchandiser: Assists in the planning, developing, establishing, maintaining, and efficient display, signing and merchandise presentation programs for retail, food and services activities at an installation exchange(s).

Our corporate headquarters and our call centers are located in Dallas, Texas. The associates here are crucial to the daily operations of our organization.

Accounting Assistant: Administration, processing and documentation of various accounting / business transactions and automated systems and manual procedures. Complies, maintains statistical data and performs required research.

Catalog Assistant: Performs complex administrative / clerical duties related to the publishing of the exchange catalogs. Provides technical and administrative support in the compilation, development, proofing and design of the catalogs.

Contracting Assistant: Performs a variety of complex / administrative duties using manual and automated ordering and / or inventory management systems in the procurement of commodities, equipment, supplies, etc.

Customer Service: Responds to customer account and / or vendor inquiries. Provides immediate response to customers, command, vendors and store associates.

Data Control Assistant: Plans and schedules data control activities to insure continuous, efficient computer operation in the DCS. Reviews input for accuracy, completeness and clarity. Schedules daily computer runs to provide continuous workflow.

Food Service Worker: Under designated supervision, prepares and serves simple foods and beverages. May operate an oven, deep-fat fryer or other kitchen equipment where set procedures are followed and where cooking skills are not involved.

Human Resources Assistant: Prepares and processes employment & insurance / benefit documents, worksheets, letters, forms and correspondence related to the overall human resources function.

Loss Prevention Assistant: Assists with the plans, implements, reviews and is responsible for safety, environmental and security programs and issues within an assigned area. Insures maximum protection of assets.

Maintenance Worker: Performs a variety of electrical, air conditioning, carpentry, painting and plumbing work involved in the upkeep of buildings, grounds and related structures, fixtures and utilities.

Motor Vehicle Operator: Operates a motor vehicle with gross vehicle weight of more than 10,000 pounds and less than 26,000 pounds primarily for pickup and delivery of merchandise. Performs other related duties as required.

Office Assistant: Perform administrative and clerical functions, to include requisitioning supplies, forms, etc., mail distribution, maintaining office files and appropriate library, vehicle dispatch / maintenance and other documentation control.

Payroll Assistant: Perform reviews of wage records, time sheets, etc. Prepare statistical payroll reports and other documents. Data input through appropriate software / hardware systems.

Procurement Assistant: Performs a variety of complex / administrative duties using manual and automated ordering and / or inventory management systems in the procurement of commodities, equipment, supplies, etc.

Reorder Assistant: Orders merchandise and insures timely stock replenishment within assigned sales areas. Coordinates inventory levels, processes inventory documents, compiles and maintains statistics as required.

Secretary: Acts as a principal clerical assistant to a manager. Takes telephone calls; receives, prepares and maintains correspondence, records and reports. May take and transcribe dictation. Operates a VDT / PC, fax machine and other office machines.

The Exchange logistics team is leading the way with their commitment to the distribution of goods to all facilities throughout the world. We operate distribution centers in Virginia, Georgia, Texas, California, Tennessee, Germany, Japan, Korea, Puerto Rico and Guam.

Accounting Assistant: Administration, processing and documentation of various accounting / business transactions and automated systems and manual procedures. Complies, maintains statistical data and performs required research.

Dispatcher: Responsible for vehicle dispatch, various administrative and clerical functions and maintaining appropriate files, records, library of source information, etc.

Forklift Operator: Operates forklift, tow truck, trailer picker-type vehicle, high-drive straddle vehicle and / or similar motorized materials handling equipment, in the moving and / or stacking of bulk or palletized retail merchandise, supplies and / or equipment.

Human Resources Assistant: Prepares and processes employment and insurance / benefit documents, worksheets, letters, forms and correspondence related to the overall human resources function.

Logistics Assistant:Performs a variety of complex, clerical and administrative duties using manual or automated systems to process, verify, review and reconcile documents / reports that affect warehouse balances, accountability and other assets.

Materials Handler: Performs a variety of repetitive warehousing duties in receiving, storage, order selection or shipping. May use VDT / PC inquiry screen.

Motor Vehicle Operator: Operates a motor vehicle with gross vehicle weight of more than 10,000 pounds and less than 26,000 pounds primarily for pickup and delivery of merchandise. Performs other related duties as required.

Office Associate: Files documents and reports, answers and forwards telephone calls, operates duplicating equipment and / or fax machine. May perform limited typing.

Payroll Assistant: Perform reviews of wage records, time sheets, etc. Prepare statistical payroll reports and other documents. Data input through appropriate software / hardware systems.

Secretary: Acts as a principal clerical assistant to manager. Takes telephone calls; receives, prepares and maintains correspondence, records and reports. May take and transcribe dictation. Operates a VDT / PC, fax machine and other office machines.

Warehouse Worker: Unload merchandise delivery vehicles. Segregates merchandise by designated department / sales center and stages it for transport to sales floor.
