The Privacy Impact Assessment or PIA is a decision tool used by the Exchange to identify and mitigate privacy risks. The PIA notifies the public what Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is collected by the Exchange, why the PII is being collected, and how the PII is collected, used, accessed, shared, safeguarded and stored. The following is a list of the PIA on Exchange systems.
